Works with the founder and directors to shape the technology roadmap, digital-asset ecosystem, global market-entry framework and core team. Her focus is building the capabilities required for responsible, long-term participation in digital assets and Web3.
Leads the project’s zero-to-one incubation and governance foundation, coordinating early capital planning, compliant entity development and formation of the core technology team. She helps establish the strategic direction and operating base for long-term growth.
Provides director-level oversight of institutional digital-asset and derivatives strategy, executive leadership, organizational development and risk governance. She works across operations, finance, technology, trading, risk and compliance to align accountability with execution.
Oversees the company’s core technical architecture and digital-asset security framework, including smart-contract review, multi-signature key controls, hot and cold wallet safeguards, on-chain asset protection and cyber-incident readiness.
Directs cross-sector allocation across digital assets, gold, healthcare and public markets. He chairs reviews of major investments, acquisitions and exits, monitors portfolio performance and risk budgets, and reports strategic recommendations to the directors.
Leads global market strategy, regional development, institutional partnerships and execution of strategic initiatives across North America, Europe and Asia. As a director, he also contributes to long-term strategy, budgeting, organizational design and major corporate decisions.
